.75 Cup Frozen peaches (or another fruit)
1 medium banana
2 cups raw baby spinach
5 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
.25 cup skim milk
If you don't want a green smoothie, add dark berries or cherries.
Serving Size: 2 glasses full (about 4 cups total)
