Introduction

I started making this. It makes enough for almost a week of breakfasts. I top it with either 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese or greek yogurt (fat free) I started making this. Ingredients

    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Sliced Blanched Almonds, 1/2 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Raisins 1/2 cup
    Sugar free jam, 6 T

Tips

I eat this over cottage cheese or nonfat greek yogurt


Directions

rinse the quinoa well in cold water.Toast almonds until golden. Add quinoa and toast until dry and starts to become golden. Add the remaining ingrediants. Bring to boil, lower to simmer and cook for 20 min
