Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup bread flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. yeast, bread machine
    1 tbsp. canola oil
    1 tbsp. milk
    1 cup plus 2 tbsp. lukewarm water

Directions

Add all ingredients to bread machine pot. Use whole wheat setting. Start machine and add more water a little at a time if necessary to form a round ball of dough. Close cover and let machine do the rest. Makes 14 slices.
