1 bag of Enriched Long Grain Rice
Can of Sweet Corn
Can of Black Turtle Beans
Left Over Baked Turkey
6 Cherry Peppers
3 Medium Red Potatoes
1/2 of a medium Onion
2, 32oz Containers of Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper to taste.
You're going to need a pretty big pot to cook this in. We used our Cast Iron Dutch Oven ontop of the stove.
Once it comes to a boil add the diced Cherry Peppers, can of corn, can of beans, chopped onion , chopped potatoes, and Turkey.
Then add the 2nd container of Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Bring to a simmer and leave on top of stove for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
Serving Size: Makes 10, 1 cup servings
