Ingredients

    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
    Kale, 6 cup, chopped (remove)
    Pumpkin Seeds, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sunflower Sprouts, 1 cup (remove)
    Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 0.125 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Chop kale. Mix all together. Enjoy.
