Ingredients

Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tsp
Olive Oil, 1 Tsp
Garlic, 2 cloves chopped
Shrimp, cooked, 16 large
White Wine, 1 fl oz (about 2 Tbl.)
Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
Tips
Original recipes call for butter, so you may use that if you think the flavor is better, but it will add more calories and fat.
Directions
Thaw 8 large cooked shrimp.
Using a medium skillet, melt 1 tsp. margarine over med. heat. Add 1 tsp olive oil and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. (I always keep the jar of chopped garlic packed in water in the frig. so I use it & 1 tsp =1 clove) Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Add schrimp and heat through, about another 2 ro 3 min. Add wine and simmer 1 more minute. Put into serving bowl and garnish with the parsley.
We like to serve this over brown rice.
