*Venison, ground, 32 oz
Egg, fresh, 2 large
*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup Onions, raw, 1 small - chopped
*Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp
mix all ingredients except ketchup- put into loaf pan
Top raw meatloaf with ketchup
Top pan with foil (poke a few small holes to vent)
Cook 30-50 mins depending on thickness- should be 160F in center (no pink)
