Mexican Casserole

Introduction

Made with doritos and ground beef. Very good. Made with doritos and ground beef. Very good.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef- browned
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 package enchilada seasoning
    1 8 oz. package fat free cream cheese
    1 can kidney beans
    1 bag of nacho cheese doritos crushed
    2 oz cheddar cheese

Directions

brown ground beef and drain. Then add tomato sauce, seasoning, cream cheese, and kidney beans. Cook in pot until all cream cheese is dissolved. Pour crushed doritos into a 9 X 13 greased baking dish, pour mixture over chips. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake uncovered until cheese is bubbly.

Serving Size: makes 15 2 in pieces
