Introduction

I got this from a Thai Chicken Quesadilla recipe, but the sauce is stand-alone so I like to use it on other things.

Ingredients

    Peanut sauce:
    robust sauce that is salty, sweet and mildly spicy all at once. Excellent in Thai Chicken Quesadillas.

    Ingredients:
    3 cloves garlic
    1 T ground ginger
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    3 T natural peanut butter (creamy)
    4 T lite soy sauce
    1 T splenda
    1 T rice vinegar
    1 T canola oil
    2 T water
    1 T. NF milk

Directions



Preparation:
Combine ingredients until creamy. for a thinner sauce, add 1 tsp water at a time until desired thickness.


Serving Size: serves 2
