Introduction

Ingredients

    cabbage,
    mushrooms,
    onions,
    garlic,
    ground pork (drained fat)
    carrot,
    tomato sauce,
    panko
    parmesan cheese
    red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, savory, fennel seeds
    olive oil

Tips

I stuffed three good sized green peppers, and with what was left, could have stuffed maybe another or two - with the leftovers, I added some beans, - this will turn into a "round two" recipe eventually.


Directions

in olive oil, cook vegetables (keep mushrooms out until the end) until al dente, add pork - stir. when it's cooked through - drain it. add spices and mushrooms, when the mushrooms are almost cooked, add panko and cheese, stuff into pre-partially baked hollowed out peppers.
