Beans, black 1 can drained and rinses
Pepper, black, pinch
Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Diced Tomato with green Chili peppers 1 can
Low fat cream cheese, 1/2 block
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
boneless, skinless chicken breast 2 lbs, frozen
