Ham and Potatoe Bake

Introduction

Modified this from the original recipe to bring down the calories per serving but my kids and hubby still love it. Simple and easy to make too. Modified this from the original recipe to bring down the calories per serving but my kids and hubby still love it. Simple and easy to make too.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 bags cubed hash browns (not shredded)
    1 sm container of light sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    I package diced ham
    1 stick light butter-melted, melted butter
    3 cups low fat cheddar cheese
    1 bag crispy onions to top

Directions

Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and melted butter in a bowl. Coat frozen hash browns with mixture and add diced ham. Stir together and put in a large baking pan. Sprinkle crunchy onions on top of mixture. Cover with foil and bake on 375 for about 30-40 minutes until the hash browns are fully cooked. Let stand for about 5 minutes then serve.
