Ingredients

    carrots - sliced
    potato - diced
    onion - chopped
    fine green beans - chopped
    tin of tomatos
    rasher of bacon - chopped
    half pint milk
    1oz flour
    3 oz- butter
    chicken stock cube

Directions

use half fat for fry onions & bacon til well softened
chuck in potato, beans, carrots, tomatos & stir
cover with wather to top of veg and add stock cube
bring to boil and turn down and simmer for 40 mins
make roux with remaining butter and flour, add milk slowely & bring to boil
add white sauce to soup, stir and slurp :D
