    2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
    1/4 of a cucumber, sliced
    3 ounces tomatoes (I typically use grape tomatoes)
    1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, shredded
    2 tablespoons Ken's Creamy Caesar Lite
    7 fat free croutons
