Introduction

A way to sneak fresh green leafy vegetables into your diet, even if you are the biggest veggie hate like me! After 38 years and trying numerous ways to sneak vegetables into my diet, blending them into my frozen blueberry shake did the trick! This smoothie is packed with protein and antioxidants without the issue of vegetable texture/taste.
