IntroductionI have to say i didn't think this recipe would work..but it did and it surpassed anything i could have expected! I have to say i didn't think this recipe would work..but it did and it surpassed anything i could have expected!
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (smooth)
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vinegar (i used cider vinegar)
1/2 tsp baking soda
Optional 1 no calorie sweetener packet (I used a teaspoon of Splenda)
mix the eggs and PB till well mixed then add vinegar and baking soda (will fizz)
If you use a larger loaf pan your bread will end up very short. I used a medium sized one and the slices are about half the size you would expect from a normal slice of bread.
I cut 20 slices out of mine...they are thin, but VERY tasty. Makes a great sandwich or side with soup.
Serving Size: Makes 15-20 servings. highly depends on size of pan.
