Paleo Lemon Tilapia

Introduction

The original recipe adds 1/2 C of grated parmesan to the mayo topping mixture. The original recipe adds 1/2 C of grated parmesan to the mayo topping mixture.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 # Tilapia (5 large Filets)
    2 t Ghee
    2 t lemon juice

    Topping:
    8 T paleo mayo
    2 T lemon juice
    fresh parsley

Directions

Rinse and drain Tilapia. Top with ghee and lemon juice. Broil 4" from heat for 5-6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily. Top each filet with up 1-2 T topping and broil 2-3 minutes until sauce puffs and turns golden brown. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
