Rice Cooker Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 5 ounces
    Chicken Broth, 1.50 cup (8 fl oz)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 5 medium
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    White Rice, long grain, 0.75 cup

Directions

Chop onions and mushrooms coarsley. Saute onions and mushrooms in 2 tbsns of butter until mushrooms are cooked. Set aside. Place rice, chicken broth,spices and frozen chicken pieces in rice cooker, set to cook. Cook rice and chicken for 5 minutes, then add onions and mushrooms. Cook for 20 more minutes or until rice absorbs all the liquid.
