I had some brussel sprouts. Decided to oven roast them. I had some brussel sprouts. Decided to oven roast them.
Number of Servings: 1


    *Brussel Sprout (1 sprout), 22 serving
    *chilli paste, 0.25 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *cumin powder, 0.5 tbsp
    Turmeric, ground, .25 tbsp


Cut the sprouts in half and mix all the ingredients and toss them in a bowl.

Then preheat the oven to 400F and put them in the oven for 40min. keep turning the sprouts every 15min for even cooking. They should be crispy outside and soft inside.
