93% Lean Ground Beef 1lb. 1 large onion, chopped 1.5 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 2 12oz. cans V-8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail 12 oz Sea Shell Pasta 12 tsp. Splenda
In Large Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Chop 1 large onion, put in Dutch oven; add meat, brown until cooked thru. Drain any grease off (using lean meat gives you very little grease). Put back in Dutch oven, add enough water to cook pasta until done. Drain all, leave in strainer. Cook mushrooms in a little bit butter or Olive oil until mushrooms are done. Rinse mushrooms. Add all cooked ingredients back into Dutch oven. Add V-8, stir to coat meat, pasta, mushrooms & onions. Heat til almost boiling, add 12 tsp of Splenda to sweeten. Let cook 5-10 minutes longer until V-8 and Splenda thickens just a little. Turn off stove, let cool with lid on 5 mintues. Serve with 1 oz. Mozz. cheese if desired (will add calories if you add the cheese).
