Thai Tuna Patties

Introduction

Cohen style!! Cohen style!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    110gms tuna, drained
    10gms red onion, finely diced
    20gms celery or green capsicum, finely diced
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ginger, fresh or powder
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 crispbreads, pulverised to crumbs
    splash of diet Sprite (too much will make it sloppy)

    Spray of olive oil

Tips

Serve on a bed of 60 gms lettuce and 20gms cucumber slices, as well as one medium tomato. Add a splash of lemon juice and balsamic vinegar as a dressing.


Directions

Combine all in a small bowl and shape into patties.
Dry fry in frypan (or with spray of olive oil) on both sides until warmed through.
