IntroductionI got this recipe from "eat better america" and modified it slightly. I got this recipe from "eat better america" and modified it slightly.
2 TBSP cold water
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Lime Jello*
4 oz fat-free Philadelphia* cream cheese, softened
18oz (3 6oz containers)Yoplait* Light Key Lime Yogurt
1/2 cup frozen (thawed) Cool Whip* Light
2 tsp grated lime peel
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (6oz)
2) In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt & lime juice mixture; beat on low speed until well blended.
3) Fold in whipped topping & lime peel. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
