Santa Fe Chicken

Introduction

Chicken with a kick! Chicken with a kick!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
    1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes w/ Garlic & Olive Oil
    2 15.5 oz cans Goya Black Beans
    1 1 lb Bag Birds Eye Baby White Corn Kernels
    2 Packets Ortega Fajita Seasoning Mix
    1 4 oz can Ortega Fire Roasted Chiles

    1 8 oz Container Wegman's Fat Free Cream Cheese

Directions

Cut and trim chicken into 1 inch pieces.
Combine with tomatoes, corn, black beans, chiles and fajita seasoning.
Cook in crock pot on high for 4 hours.

Add cream cheese.
Serve with rice

Makes 10 1 cup servings
