Light fruit smoothie w/peanutbutter

Ingredients

    1 C frozen strawberries
    .5 C sliced banana
    1 C milk
    1 T peanutbutter

Tips

I had to be on a liquid diet due to surgery and this was something that gave me fat & protein and it was nice and cold.


Directions

Throw wverything in the blender and blend until thoruoghly combined. This is a thick recipe. If you want it thinner, add more milk or ice chips.
