Ingredients

7 cups lightly packed 1-inch cubes Wheat French Bread (8oz)
1 cup shredded Kraft* Fat-Free cheddar cheese
1 cup Kraft 4-cheese shredded Mexican blend, divided
1 1/2 cups chopped plum (Roma) tomatoes (about 4)
16 oz Isernio's* Italian Chicken Sausage
    1 1/2 cups fat-free egg product
    1 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
1/2 cup Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp dried basil leaves
    1/2 tsp salt
    6 slices bacon

Directions

1) Brown chicken sausage in skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through. Spread between paper towels to soak up the excess grease.

2) Spray 13x9-inch (3qt) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Spread bread in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 c. of Mexican cheese blend and all of the fat-free cheddar cheese; mix lightly with the bread. Sprinkle with tomatoes. Pour cooked sausage over the tomatoes.

3) In medium bowl, mix egg product, milk, mustard, pasta sauce, basil & salt; pour over bread/sausage mixture. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

4) Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp; drain between paper towels.

5) Crumble bacon. Sprinkle bacon and remaining 1/2 cup cheese over strata. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
