Ingredients

    *Balsamic Raspberry Vinegar 1 tbsp, 1 serving
    *Walnut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
    Kale, 4 cup, chopped

Directions

strip kale leaves from spine, chop into small pieces, sprinkle vinegar and oil (or just lemon juice if desired) on, add garlic and cheese, wait for 10 mins then add bread crumbs.
