Ingredients

    Ground Beef
    Lasagna Noodles (whole wheat)
    Tomato Sauce (small can)
    Tomatoes (canned)
    Cottage cheese (Low-fat)
    Mozzarella Shredded cheese (part skim)
    Parsley
    Garlic Powder
    Oregano

Directions

1. Cook lasagna noodles
2. Cook hamburger, add tomato sauce and tomatoes
3. Put 1 cup of cottage cheese in a bowl and mix with parsley. Set aside.
3. Put noodles on the bottom of the pan, layer hamburger, cottage cheese, sliced veggies, mozzarella, in that order.
4. Layer again.
5. Bake at 350` for 30-45 minutes.
