Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 32 oz (2 lbs)
    Garlic, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 2 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servings (2 cans, drained)
    Diced Chilies, 4 servings (1 small can)
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving (1 box)
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s) (1 packet)

Tips

Serve.
Eat.
Clean up.
Get ready to do it all over again tomorrow.


Directions

Main:
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Add water.
Season pork with onion powder, Allspice and black pepper.
Add garlic; spreading minced garlic over the pork.
Slice the top of the pork, fairly deeply, in a cross or plus sign pattern.
Add the diced chilies, pushing them into the cross pattern slit into the pork.
Drain and add the green beans around the pork in the water.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, uncover pork and shred meat with an electric mixer.

Pasta Side:
Boil water and cook pasta.
Drain pasta.
Return pasta to pot and turn heat down to Med Low.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Add Ranch Seasoning Mix.
Add olive oil.
Mix together in a tossing type motion.
