1# Lean Ground Turkey
1# elbow macaroni
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. italian diced tomatoes (2 cans)
minced onion (to taste)
Substitute 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes for a little extra spice.
Cook elbow macaroni as directed on box.
Add green pepper, minced onion, and italian diced tomatoes. Let simmer until peppers are soft. Add macaroni and simmer a bit longer. Serve warm. Freezes well.
