2 medium potatoes, pealed, diced
1 10oz package green giant broccoli & cheese sauce, cooked
1/3 cup onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter (I used brumble and brown)
4 cups chicken broth, low sodium
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Add your broth, potatoes thyme and pepper, cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Once potatoes are cooked at your broccoli and cheese.. Stir till incorporated.
Using am immersion blender, process until combined and creamy.
Additional toppings: add greek yogurt, croutons, chives
Serving Size: 5 1 cup servings
