Introduction

Ingredients

    0.3 lbs of ground sirloin, lean
    1 portion sweet potato fries
    one slice tomato
    1 Tbsp guacamole
    1 Tbsp ketchup
    1 cup sauteed spinach
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp olive oil

Tips

This plate was shared. At the restaurant you would get 6 oz. of meat, plus bun.


Directions

broil sirloin beef.
top with slice of tomato and 1 T guacamole
servie with side of sweet potato fries
