    1 1/2 c almond milk
    1 T cacao powder
    2 1/2 T Xylitol, or favorite sweetener (used agave - it would have been nicer with less)
    1 Brazil nut
    2-3 T sunflower or pumpkin seeds (used 1 1/2 T pumpkin seed butter, could have been less)

    A delicious cacao shake recipe that's loaded with minerals.
