Coconut Flour, 2 tbsps
Shredded Coconut Unsweetened, 2 tbsp
Pinch of sea salt
Egg, fresh, 2 medium
Organic Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
1/4 cup filtered water
Organic Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
Small amount of oil to coat frying pan-coconut oil preferred
Optional for topping: grass fee butter, organic maple syrup, fresh berries, banana, maple syrup, chopped nuts, shredded coconut.
Top with fresh berries, banana and extra shredded coconut flakes.
Heat large frying pan to medium heat. Add small amount of oil (coconut oil preferred). Add pancake mixture to hot pan and cook on first side for 2-4 minutes or until brown. Gently flip cakes and cook on second side until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes one serving - 3 pancakes
