4 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
1 3/4 cup Almond meal
1/2 cup Chickpea Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 cup Raisins
3/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
Delicious with a cup of non-fat milk boiled with cinnamon!
Mix flax with 1/2 cup warm water and set aside.
Whisk together dry ingredients.
Mix applesauce and maple syrup to flax mixture.
Fold wet ingredients into dry ones.
Bake for 60 - 75 minutes, covering in foil for last 20 to avoid a burnt top.
