Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

    1 cups graham crackers, crushed finely (approximately 9-10)
    2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
    1 8oz tub of fat free cool whip
    1 pkg. sugar free chocolate pudding
    1.5 cups milk

    Optional: Chocolate curls. I used my vegetable peeler to make little chocolate curls.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, butter, applesauce, and ground cinnamon. Press into the bottom, and about 1 inch up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake crust 10 minutes.

Set aside to cool.

In a sauce pan heat milk and chocolate pudding (if you use instant do this part in a bowl). Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring constantly. Once thicken set a side to cool.

Place the pudding in a medium bowl, add cool whip and fold until combined.

Pour over cooked pie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Sprinkle with some chocolate curls.
