Chicken & Wild Rice Soup (crockpot version)

    1/2 c. wild rice
    12 oz chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    4 c. chicken stock OR 5 c. water and 4 buillion cubes
    1/2 c onion
    1/2 c celery
    1/2 c carrots
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup


Combine all ingredients EXCEPT chicken in crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
One hour before serving, add cooked chicken.

Serving Size: makes 6 generous 1 1/4 c servings
