Ingredients

    *Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 3.5 oz (remove)
    Barley, Safeway, 0.33 cup (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)
    Colby Cheese, 1 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 40 grams (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 40 grams (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, .33 cup (remove)
    *Better Than Boullion Vegetable, .5 tsp (remove)

Directions

cook barley in 1 cup water and vegetable boullion
cook orzo for 7 min
add everything else, stuff the pepper
bake @350* for 20-30 min (when peppers are soft)
