2 oz dry fiber gourmey garlic-parsley pasta
.5 tsp olive oil
3 oz onions, diced
3 oz portabella muchroom, diced
4 oz marinara
2 oz meatballs, frozen, thawed, quartered or eighths
While that is cooking, in heated oil, saute onion about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms. Saute 2 additional minutes.
Add marinara sauce, meatball, and pasta to desired heat. Serve.
