Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    450g lean minced beef
    2 tbsp finely chopped yellow onion
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Mix together ingredients in a large bowl, split into four and shape each quarter into a patty with an indent in the middle to counter the rising that will inevitably occur during cooking.
Cook under grill or on barbeque for 5 minutes then turn. They are cooked when no pink shows or when the internal temperature reaches 160f.
