No Oil Healthy Granola

Introduction

I combined the best of a few recipes to come up with this. I combined the best of a few recipes to come up with this.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 lb. quick oats
    1/2 lb. whole wheat flour
    2 oz. unsweetened, shredded coconut
    2 oz. flax seeds
    4 scoops Vanilla protein powder
    1/3 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
    1/3 c. toasted almonds, chopped
    1/3 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 t. salt
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. nutmeg
    1/2 t. cardamom
    1 t. vanilla extract
    3 ripe bananas
    1 T. molasses
    1 1/2 c. water

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together, in a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients together until they are in a totally liquid consistency. Finally, mix the two together and mix well enough to get everything wet. Scoop into a shallow layer on a sprayed cookie pan and cook for 45-60 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serving Size: Makes 18 - 1/2 cup servings
