Banana Bread - no added fat

Submitted by: CRISCIM

Introduction

Delicious Banana bread! Can substitute 3/4c applesauce and 1 1/4c mashed banana (about 3) for bananas. Also good if you substitute 1c whole wheat flour for 1c of white flour. Nuts are optional, but I added them in the nutrition count since I normally use them. Delicious Banana bread! Can substitute 3/4c applesauce and 1 1/4c mashed banana (about 3) for bananas.
