Ingredients

    12 oz Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu
    20 gms Shallots
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Boil water to scald the tofu. Make sure to drain water from tofu. Put oyster sauce and light soy sauce onto tofu. Set it aside. Slice shallots. On low heat, fry sliced shallots with 1 tbsp oil till golden brown. Pour it over the tofu. Optional - You can add chopped green onions and cilantro as garnishing.
