    12 oz Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu
    20 gms Shallots
    2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Canola Oil


Boil water to scald the tofu. Make sure to drain water from tofu. Put 2 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp light soy sauce onto tofu. Set it aside. Slice shallots. On low heat, fry sliced shallots with 2 tbsp oil till golden brown. Pour it over the tofu. Optional - You can add chopped green onions and cilantro as garnishing.
