1 Boboli 100% whole wheat pizza crust
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
.25 cup sliced red onion
.75 cup reduced-fat feta cheese
.75 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Hormel reduced-fat bacon bits
1 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Try sliced grape tomatoes for extra Mediterranean feel.
Chop spinach in food processor until you have about 1 cup total.
Put in medium-sized bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl.
Toss with tongs.
Spoon onto Boboli pizza crust and bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
