Whole Wheat Flour
White Flour
Rapid Rise Yeast
Sugar
Salt
Baking Soda

Directions
Prepare Loaf Pan: (8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inch) Spray pan with cooking spray, then sprinkle cornmeal over the pan coating sides and bottom. Shake out extra meal onto plate for later use.
In mixing bowl: Measure 1.5 cups whole wheat flour, and 1.5 cups of white flour.
Then add, yeast, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In small pan heat: milk and water to 120°F. Remove pan from heat.
Turn mixer on low, and slowly pour milk mixture into mixing bowl. Once incorporated, then begin to add the additional white flour, 1/2 cup at a time until the dough becomes very thick.
Remove dough from mixing bowl and pour & press into the prepared loaf pan. Then using reserved cornmeal, sprinkle on top of loaf.
Cover loaf with towel, and let rise in a warm place for 45-50 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place loaf into oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and immediately remove bread from loaf pan and let it cool on rack.
Once bread has sufficiently cooled, slice loaf into 14 slices.
