Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups of spinach,washed
    cucumber, peeled
    1 tomato, in wedges
    cup water
    1/2 avocado
    1 clove garlic
    Sea salt to taste or even use nama shoyu or braggs
    dash cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon olive oil


Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste.
