Introduction

This Shrimp Cocktail Salad is the bomb. I wouldn't mind eating this any time, no matter what phase or diet I am on. Ingredients

    1# of U15 Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 tbsp of Old Bay seasoning
    2 tsp sea or kosher salt
    3 cups shredded romaine
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt/pepper
    1 tbsp of fresh chopped cilantro
    6 tbsp of HCG cocktail sauce

Directions

SHRIMP

1# of U15 Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp of Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp sea or kosher salt

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add the salt to the water once it is boiling. Then add the Old Bay seasoning. Now add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes until they are done. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl of ice water to cool them. Cool for approximately 10 minutes. Then drain and refrigerate.

SALAD

3 cups shredded romaine
Juice of 1/2 lemon
salt/pepper
1 tbsp of fresh chopped cilantro

In a mixing bowl, squeeze the lemon juice over the shredded romaine. Sprinkle with salt, fresh cracked pepper and cilantro. Each plate gets 1 1/2 cup of lettuce. Now give each plate 100 grams of shrimp, which is about 5 large shrimp. Spoon over 2 tbsp of cocktail sauce around the edge of the plate as shown in the pictures. Top with lemon garnish. Enjoy!
