Crock Pot Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients

3 lbs Sirloin Roast
1 large onion
9 cloves of garlic
8 oz of baby carrots
4 stalk of celery
1 bayleaf
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 cup water
Tips
Usually I have lots of veggies and potatoes so I end up putting the meat so that is has the other ingredients around it, not just below it and place the sprigs of rosemary on either side of the meat.
Directions
Use paring knife to make holes in meat. Slice 3 cloves of garlic into matchsticks. Push garlic into holes in meat. Salt and pepper roast.
Cut onion into large slices. Cut potatoes into medium size pieces. Dice celery (including leaves). Smash remaining garlic cloves. Rinse carrots. Place all vegetable, water and other seasoning into crock pot. Put meat on top of veggies. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 10-12 hours.
