Ingredients

    cream cheese, eggs, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, lemon juice

Directions

preheat the oven to 300F. separate the whites from the yolks, and in a super clean bowl, whip up the whites and lemon juice until stiff. set aside. beat the cold cream cheese, add the rest of the ingredients and beat until mostly smooth. carefully fold in the whites. gently spread the mixture onto parchment paper on a baking sheet in 6 small discs and bake for around 30 minutes. they should be slightly golden and soft, not crumbly.

Serving Size: disc approximately 3" in diameter.
