Introduction

I had an idea from a Lemon Pepper Salmon w/Couscous Spark People recipe, I could not afford the salmon and I already had some cooked turkey breast mom sent me. So I substituted some ingredients and had this made within about 10 minutes. So I substituted some ingredients and had this made within about 10 minutes.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup dry couscous, cooked in 1 pat butter
    1/2 pkg of frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
    4 oz cooked turkey breast, chopped into pieces
    poultry seasoning


Tips

Mom had brined the turkey, so I did not add salt

Directions

Cook your couscous according to package instructions for one serving (dry 1/4 cup of couscous). Steam veggies on stove or in microwave. Chop turkey breast into bite sized pieces. When veggies are cooked, chop into bite sized pieces and pour into bowl with cooked couscous. Put all into bowl and mix in some poultry seasoning. Enjoy!
