1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes with chili's
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 15 oz can black beans, drained
Serve with tortillas.
Additional toppings: Romaine Lettuce, Cheese, jalapenos, salsa, hot sauce and greek yogurt
